Annual fees = USD100.00 (for directorship only)

Level 2 is a great package that provides you with a range of standard documents, enabling you to use our Nominee Services as your circumstances demand. This avoids delays caused by receiving documents that may not meet your exact requirements. Use our experience to receive documents that are internationally accepted by most banks & local authorities.

ü      Signing of up to 50 documents
ü      Power of Attorney, signed by both Nominees with Apostille (you provide the name & details for our standard POA)

ü      Copy of each Directors Passport with Notarial Certification
ü      Notarisation and Apostille of one more document

Time to complete =5-7 business days
Time for delivery = 3-5 days

Annual fees = USD175.00 (for Directorships only) 

Level 3 is a top-level package that will provide you with all the tools you need to run your company in a very professional manner with two reputable Nominees from a clean and inconspicuous onshore jurisdiction. This package is also ideal for LLP’s and LLC’s where you may require two Nominee Partners.
