When you ask us to form a company or other structure, regardless of the jurisdiction, you do receive full support from us to take care of the payment of government fees, provide all of the Statutoryrequirements for your chosen jurisdiction, including as appropriate, Registered Office, Registered Agent, Statutory Registers, full company secretarial support and a real office staffed by real people. |

We can usually assist with the provision of nominee services, ifrequired by you. We will arrange for your corporate documents, including First Minutes and Statutory Registers to be apostilled, or notarized. You may also need a Business Certificate, Certificate of Good Standing, or any of a myriad of other items. |

Having attended to the basic functions we then have available, should you so choose, mail forwarding, voicemail facility from your local telephone, courier delivery and forwarding, email address and virtual office. |

Should you need support with the provision of staff to perform your basic administration, or local banking, we have trusted people to perform that service. |
